CCW AWARD: Heather Lubov ’91, vice president of development at the New York Public Library, has been named the 2006 recipient of Columbia College Women’s annual Alumna Achievement Award. Lubov, who has worked for the Partnership for the Homeless before joining the NYPL 10 years ago, will be honored on March 8 at the Columbia Club. She started her career as a grant writer in the NYPL’s Office of Government Affairs.
