Raymond Yu CC’89, SEAS’90 is the president of Yuco Real Estate Company and of Yuco Management, developers, managers and owners of commercial and residential properties throughout New York City.

Raymond is a vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater New York, a founding board member of the NoHo Business Improvement District and an advisory board member of the New York Housing Conference, an advocacy organization for affordable housing in New York City. Raymond was a founding shareholder and board member of First American International Bank (“FAIB”), a New York State chartered commercial bank headquartered in Brooklyn, New York since 1999. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of FAIB since 2012 and upon its merger with Royal Business Bank (“RBB”) in 2018 he served as RBB’s Vice Chairman until 2022. He earned a B.A. in pre-engineering from the College and a B.S. in civil engineering from SEAS. He is on the executive committee of the Columbia College Alumni Association Board of Directors where he serves as Vice President of Development. Raymond previously was co-chair of the Columbia College Fund, chair of the Fund Development Council and co-chair of the Parent Leadership Council. He and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of two Columbia College students and one alumnus.
