Join Columbia College Women, in partnership with Columbia’s London Club, for a 1Rebel Reshape class at the Oxford Circus studio. 1Rebel Reshape is a high-intensity, full-body workout that alternates between treadmill running and weight training. It's designed to improve speed, endurance, and strength. Beginner-friendly.
