Building and strengthening your intercultural communication skills requires intentional practice and reflection. Join Catherine E. Ross, Executive Director of Columbia’s Center for Teaching and Learning and staff from the International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) in this interactive session that will give you practical tools to help you resolve future intercultural miscommunication and misunderstandings.
