During high school, I worked in thermodynamic fluid flow for applications for CANDU nuclear reactors, scanning tunneling microscopy, and most recently analyzing nuclear fusion reactions with the DRAGON group at TRIUMF. This past winter and summer, I did supervised readings with a post-doc in the Math department, and I am now doing computational analysis of polynomials with bounded discriminants.
