I previously worked in the Sheetz lab examining myosin and actin inhibition using Calyculin A and Blebbistatin in mouse embryonic fibroblasts and the resultant effect on cell motility. In addition, using various sub-micrometer pillar substrates I examined substrate effects on lamellipodia and adhesion formation. My current interests are in biochemistry and cancer biology.
