My past research focused on studying normal and cancer cell migration in 3D extracellular matrices. I studied the effects of pore size, stiffness, and matrix metalloproteinase inhibition on normal and cancer cell migration speed in 3D collagen gels. At Columbia, I plan to explore different labs and conduct research in cell and molecular biology.
