Mary Elizabeth Morales Singh is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and serves on the firm’s Community Affairs Committee and Diversity Committee. Ms. Morales Singh’s practice focuses on white collar defense, internal and regulatory investigations, and complex commercial litigation. She has represented corporate and individual clients in the financial services, media, and technology industries. Ms. Morales Singh’s pro bono work includes matters related to immigration and civil rights. Ms. Morales Singh graduated from Columbia Law School in 2008, where she was a James Kent scholar and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. The Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems named her winner of the 2007 E. Allan Farnsworth Student Note Writing Competition. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude with honors in Political Science from Columbia University in 2001. She also received a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002. Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Ms. Morales Singh was a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Morales Singh is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
