Lions came together and roared under Columbia-blue skies.
The weather was autumnal perfection as more than 2,500 alumni, families and students turned out for Family Days and Columbia Homecoming 2024 on October 25–26. The game was close — Dartmouth’s Big Green bested the Lions 24–21 — but Columbia’s bright spirit rivaled the sunshine. Family Days kicked off with the Dean’s Welcome; Dean Josef Sorett spoke with Interim Dean of Undergraduate Life Roger Lehecka ’67, GSAS’74 and Mila Tuttle ’96, SIPA’05, vice-chair of the Columbia College Board of Visitors and a member of the board of the Columbia College Alumni Association.
